The decor was stunning, I particularly enjoyed spending time on the hospital's rooftop, where I was treated to a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape.

Overall, my experience at this Ayurvedic hospital was nothing short of exceptional. I have been at Amala for a 3 week Panchakarma treatment. The quality of treatments, care and facilities is great and I have felt well taken care of. All the staff are very punctual and the atmosphere is warm. There are also yoga classes at 5pm, which I have enjoyed. We were also given a tour to see how they make their own herbal medicines here at the medication unit! I can definitely see some positive changes in my physical and emotional health and hope to continue to feel even better. I'm sending my gratitude to all people at Amala; the doctors, nurses, sisters, canteen + cleaning staff and reception. Definitely recommend to all people interested in authentic Ayurvedic treatments.
